Zentrale Beratungsstelle für Menschen in Wohnungsnot
We offer free advice and information for people, who do not have a flat, who are in danger of losing their flat or who are in a comparable situation of need.
The team of our information centre consists of social workers, administration staff and volunteers.
What we do specifically:
We offer individual advice in urgent situations of need – free of charge
We connect people with institutions of further help
We clarify if people have a right to receive social benefits
We support people in difficult situations with local authorities and social benefit offices (e.g. Jobcenters)
We speak German and English.
Please bring a translator in case you are speaking a different language apart from German or English.
