Lieferando Workers Collective

The Lieferando Workers Collective (LWC) is a group of about 70 colleagues. We fight for better working conditions in the delivery industry. Our goal is to strengthen grassroots power among couriers by creating solidarity networks of (mainly) migrants. In 2022, we formed the first workers‘ council in Lieferando in Berlin and won a majority of the votes in the workers’ council elections. Since then, we have been standing up for our rights both within and outside the works council. Are you a delivery person? Get in touch! Every day, we support colleagues in the following matters: * Dismissal (most colleagues are unlawfully fired!) * Checking the payroll * Claiming missing wages (many colleagues are owed several thousand euros!) * Getting fixed shifts * Problems with Lieferando and your residence permit * Increasing or reducing your hours * What to do in the event of an accident at work * Getting a severe disability recognised * What to do in the event of a written warning or BEM measures * What is the trade union and how do I become a member
