f.a.q. infoshop

f.a.q. - that stands for - f for feminist, - a for anti-sexist and - q for queer. The faq infoladen is a self-managed structural project. This means that we provide spaces and infrastructure for feminist radical left-wing politics. We create a non-commercial space for feminist struggles and debates. It is important to us to link different political focuses and fields of action and to network beyond "political scenes". Let's use the space.

Always check the organisation's website for possible updates before you visit a service.

    Description
The f.a.q - Infoladen can and should also be used for external events. If you would like to organize a workshop, a reading or an information event, just get in touch with us. We would be happy to provide you with the store and its infrastructure (drinks, technology, kitchen) to support feminist anti-sexist and queer politics and their networks. The faq is a self-organized space, none of us do the work here as paid work. So if it takes us a while to reply, it's because we haven't found the time to reply yet. The Infoladen is a non-commercial space and is financed solely by donations. Donations are therefore very welcome. If your group would like to use the store, simply write an email to raumanfrage@faq-infoladen.org with a brief description and preferred dates. To ensure that the key handover goes smoothly, it is best to contact us two weeks before your event or earlier. We can then also add your event to the calendar on this page and post it on Facebook. Spontaneous requests may also work under certain circumstances. Since the store consists of several rooms, it is important for our scheduling coordination to know whether the entire store is needed or whether other events / meetings can take place at the same time (in other rooms).

  • Library

    Description
The emancipatory Kiez Library brings topics and stories that have received too little attention to the fore. We have many queer-feminist productions such as zines, comics, novels and brochures, but also academic books. We have been working on our Kiez-Bib since summer 2015, which is constantly changing and tries to be as diverse and intersectional as possible: (post-)migrant, disabled, non-white and/or queer authors*, positions and stories are given special attention. We mainly have material in German, but also in easy language, English, Polish, Turkish and French, as well as audios.
